I changed to a new address before ordering items. When confirmation was received I immediately saw they were showing my old address so I contacted them (prior to shipping) to correct address noted. Still sent to wrong address and no response to my immediate email about their error. At this point someone else must have received my merchandise and I want a REFUND! BEWARE of OpenSky Service!
