I bought a pair of crocs, and the pin that holds the strap broke immediately. So I have a brand new pair that I cannot use. I have called them over and over and over and over and over and over again. Some told me they would send me the PIN. Today, a rude woman with a heavy accent refused, tell me. When this happened another time many years ago, they just gave me a pin and solved the whole problem. Why are they making it so difficult?

They were horrible this time around, They called after hours and when I tried to call back immediately, I encountered a message that they could not talk to me after hours. I then set an appointment. The woman stood me up. When I called to see why she did not call me, I was left on hold for twenty minutes a second time, I am extremely appalled how treat legal shield members are second-class citizens, who pay a monthly fee, if they are not retained full-paying clients. The lawyer did finally get back to me. Apparently, the schedulers had double booked her. No excuse. This put me behind on ever task for the rest of the day. I think this is a scam to get clients. I liked the lawyer but did not like the process.

My wife ordered a lat pulldown machine for my birthday. They completely sent the wrong parts. I have tried to get help 4 times to no avail. Yesterday I called the Broomfield Store and no one answered. Is this a crooked organization that sends me a bad order and keeps my money or is it one that is totally incompetent?
