Great studio for beginners or regular kick boxers. I never thought a workout could be both exciting and exhausting at the same time. An incredible, friendly staff who helps you every step of the way to achieve your goals and make sure you have your technique right. Variety of class times to fit your schedule. Fun theme nights. Highly recommend.
