Ever since Reliant conglomerated most of their individual functions around Worcester & vicinity into one outlet (at 5 Neponset Street near the Greendale Mall), their functionality & convenience have improved greatly. I can go to most of my individual department doctors in a minimum of trips (more convenient since I now have a walking disability) and get even a half-dozen things accomplished together, as well as meet with my own doctor & staff.
There's happiness & congeniality here, people leave good-natured. The building usually has a "Wal-Mart" type greeter who pleasantly directs people where to go to do whatever (they take shift turns). And they now have updated facilities and newer equipment which simplifies so many of the functions (like blood tests, getting eyes checked and tested for glasses at their own optical shop, podiatry, to name only a few. All easily accessible, also with much guidance from individual flyers and brochures. Endocrinology, for instance, is no longer shipwrecked at a scenic but tangental location in a Nome corner of the city. A local bus route with a "terminus" stop in Neponset's parking lot has many connections along a mainway in the city, including to hospitals nearer to downtown.
5 starz Reliant on this undertaking, advise to realize A1C isn't everything.

Tip for consumers: General Medical doctor conglomerate/mosaic for residents of the Worcester, MA area.

Whitco's (in Spencer, MA) is the best & most convenient outlet/warehouse (local to my location) for purchasing large or major appliances. In the past 2 years I've purchased a new stove & refrigerator from them with only a phone call or website visit. Though I've never (needed to) go(ne) there in person, I can surmise their inventory is huge & varied. Prices are another positive. Since I live in their "local zone" I receive better values for shipping, of rates & time. And never any issues of the quality of the products. They remove your old one, even big clunkers. Although I also recently bought a new dish-washing machine (a good one) from Target, I could've gotten one from Whitco also, & they had no issues informing me when I inquired.
Whitco OMITS ALL FORMALITIES. The BEST way to conduct any type of biz.

Tip for consumers: Whitco is essentially a major appliance warehouse/supply outlet, though I've heard they deal with items like bicycles, yard equipment, etc.

I've been pestering the hell out of Oldies the past month or so with orders of $4.98 CD's or other pare-off-prices deals, or at free shipping times, and so far they've come through almost every time. (And I utilize my debit card connected to my bank account, not PayPal, which could make a difference). When there was any issue (as one early order had been sitting there "in process") I used the toll-free number & almost always was lucky enough to snag a courteous representative who assisted with a various problem & followed through. I do get the impression sometimes of busyness, logically enough.
Packages are always fortified with bubble-wrap to keep contents from doing the Macarena inside en route. Only a few cracked CD cases, and so far, all CDs in working condition (out of like 200 I've pestered them for!).
"Bernie" recently mentioned that one of my no-shows would be back-ordered & sent separately, after noticing weird figures on my bank statement (usually the entire total, or total sans 1 or 2 fly-by-nights, is represented, but with one recent particular order, charged figures were split apart, and there was also a refund figure. Seeing this 4-1-1 is another advantage of utilizing a bank account).
Two orders from late last week (and stuff doesn't generally get moved around during weekends) totalling like 45 or so CDs have already been indicated via email as having been shipped (Tuesday). Somewhat early I suppose, but I can watch my bank numbers, and hope for the contentment of investing in a site that treats a good but maniacal customer truly.
