Health Products For You (HPFY) substituted a cheaper product than what I ordered without informing me of the change. Then they would not respond to my online return request for over a week. Once I was able to contact their customer service department, I had to send photos multiple times proving that I received the wrong product. After three weeks of back-and-forth emails, they still have not provided a refund. They did change their website and remove the original item I ordered, realizing they had made a fundamental mistake. This company will not respond quickly, will not admit their errors, will not give a refund for their mistake unless you prove it, and will not do anything quickly except charge your credit card. Go somewhere else for your medical supplies, this company does not honor their own advertising and engages in illegal business practices - and will ask YOU to prove it! BTW: The wrong product they sent was a box of wound pads that had been opened and wasn't even new.
