“Unfriendly customer service and they play with words”

The social networking possibilities and the learning with Xing is limited when compared to their competitors.
Recently I learnt their customer service is poor compared to their competitors.
As a consumer, I would stay away from them.

Tip for consumers:
Prefer the competitor

Products used:
Premium subscription for 1 year and then a forced usage for a year and now for the next 2 years
