This is a company that has rebooked my flight many times and has not informed me. They haven't sent the e ticket or had the courtesy to contact me to inform me. My layover is for 2 days in Shanghai! They should provide something as this is way too long of a stay. I've been trying to call them but no surprise, they don't answer and then the call ends automatically after a few minutes. So much for an 24hr service! I will be taking this matter to court and reporting them to the fraud team soon as this would be considered a scam. Never going through them again. How horrendous!
