The service level at 1st moment of truth is very good. I. e. The web page design, insight, if we delay in search the chat box prompts us for any help and the response thereafter. Even the customer care over phone and whatsapp is good.
The issue is 2nd moment of truth where mostly all companies loose... the delivery email confirmation says delivered but no details of the person receiving. Also when highlighted over whatsapp to customer service there has no update for quite good time until now. The name and contact no. Provided says no one contacted him yet... so not sure where and who has received the parcel.
