I was on a Royal Caribbean cruise at the end of Februrary and I left my Nintendo switch and some GoPro accessories in my stateroom. I called RC within a couple of hours and they had me submit a ChargerBack report. I knew exactly where I left my items in my stateroom and gave a thorough description of all the games I had in there to prove I was the owner. The emails I have gotten every week from them saying "we are still searching" are insulting. With the COVID-19 situation, I would understand why it has been taking them a while to get back to me. But within 30 days, my case was closed, no answers given. I have contacted support 4 times now and all I get are "we're sorry, but we're still searching!". This company is a fraud. I am confident that someone just took my items worth nearly $600 and clocked out for the day. Their customer service is terrible and I can never get any answers. I told them I will keep reopening my case until I get a straight answer from them, and they don't seem to care. At this point I'd be better off flying down to their warehouse and finding it myself. Shame on the companies that use this software/company. I feel insulted and taken advantage of.
