My firewall went down at the office preventing my team from accessing the Internet, so basically shutting us down. I called Techvedic and explained the problem. One of the agents, Name was something Tyne that guy was very helpful he asks me to share Remote access and I shared after 30 minutes, My firewall was working fine. To me, this was above and beyond what I expect from anybody, especially as a first time customer.
