I have cognitive disabilities and made a post asking for help on how to navigate the site. The moderator contacted me and was really nasty. Saying I needed it to read what was right in front of me and to put in some effort before complaining. I responded by asking them not to be rude and if they could please show me where I can find the information they were referencing. They permanently suspended my account for "harassing the moderator" and "excessive whining". It absolutely broke my heart because I was just trying to connect with other people in the hobby and they effectively called me a stupid whiner.
Completely cruel and aggressive.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use it. If you ask any questions or have confusion about anything the moderator will insinuate that you're stupid and insult you by calling you a whiner and a complainer without providing any assistance and then block your account if you ask for help again.

It is a fish tank enthusiast forum there is no purchasing except within the community so this is not applicable.
