I've only ordered from them 3 times, but they've been great. Yes, there have been little issues, but they are always more than willing to fix them. I ordered 2 yrs back and they said the sweater I ordered was in worse condition than they had marked it and therefore refunded me the price of the sweater and I got to keep it. I didn't see anything wrong with it. I ordered again about 2 weeks ago. Order came before I expected it. I was missing a shirt and 1 pair of pants was a children's plus size. They refunded me the amount I spent and gave me some store credit. I have been more than happy with their customer service and speedy response times. The only thing they could do, is put a little better description for the clothes. I thought I was buying a pair of skinny jeans, but they were jeggings. Not a huge deal to me, but some might be upset by it.
