The website is the hardest thing to navigate and I'm 20 years old; I've been navigating websites since I could talk. They make it so difficult to cancel or skip a month so that they can steal your money right from under your nose. Calling to cancel is an awful experience with awful customer service, they try and talk to you for HOURS. I hate justfab.
