The first two reports were detailed only in criminal background. Since one report shouldn't have shown any information due to a legal expungement I can't call that accurate. I emailed, staff and my use of the site was far more important then my questions. After stating I wanted to make sure of whom we were doing business with, I never got another report. I could only retrieve "No Info Available. So, I believe they can deffinately control how much information is viewed. I told the guy, since I can't use it for my purpose, I would just cancell then. He said ok and hung up. They moved up the date that they pull my payment by two days, and when I called in to rectify this, she was "tightly nice" faking it and about to explode. Which she did when I said I had already cancelled. Then I couldn't talk without her cutting me off. She became rude and insistant that I hadn't cancelled because they recorded me. WOW... SO THEY RECORD US WITHOUT OUR CONSENT? I probably would have rated it higher because the two reports I did get were accurate even if they shouldn't display it due to our legal process. But the nasty way she insisted that I did not cancel because they have all my conversations recorded... I never consented to this. ENOUGH... I REFUSE TO SPEND ANOTHER NANOSECOND OF ENERGY ON A COMPANY THAT RECORDS THE PEOPLE THAT PAY THEIR BILLS. She kept nagging like a bill collector arguing with me and insisting they already got their payment... uh ah. Naw naw nawwww ya didn't!

Tip for consumers:
keep your correspondance with staff down to two word sentences.
USE A COMPANY THAT RESPECTS YOUR RIGHT TO KNOW YOU ARE BEING RECORDED! And plan on getting maybe two reports that have information at all.
