I waited months for heater grills and then I finally received them broken and bent. I had to reorder new ones only to be told I would be waiting another few months since they are on back order. Also I was told the other parts I ordered came in a pair, but they shipped them single. Now I have to reorder 3 more to complete my pairs and wait 3 months. Customer service was not helpful at all. She even told me they come in pairs, but then charged me for the additional ones. I had to call three times and speak to four different people before we reached a resolution. With all the other online options, I wouldn't buy from them.
