After sign up an account with Instarem, it is good to see new user being offer Instapoints when account being verify within 36 hours. However, its mobile site have problem of "hang" when tried to use "Singpass" to verify, whether google chrome or safari.
The Online Chat agent interface is not mobile friendly site as the view of the chat window would be hidden by 1/4, hard time to view not to say typing.
Chat agent wont be offer to help after waiting for tens of minute and just disconnect you if not hear back within 5 minutes or less.
So the story is, dont use mobile or smartphone to do Instarem transaction, you will be penalized for their unstable site and yet they would claim their site working properly, Chat agent suggest "use laptop or another phone to attempt again".
This was not happened to another payment service provider: Transferwise which i have been using the same smartphone to sign up and verify via Singpass.
