Yesterday I wrote a review in haste, before contacting the company. A problem with cartridges.
Reason I didn't contact them immediately was I couldn't remember when or from where I bought them from, then as various months had passed, I imagined complaining now was too late.
How wrong could I be. The contact form was answered by return of post, and I was offered straight away or a full refund or a new set of cartridges.
So sorry to the company for assuming, and would definitely recommend them to all.
