The customer service is terrible. It takes forever for them to reply to your emails and once they finally do, they do not help in the slightest. I received used and stained shoes but instead of replacing them they are first making me send the used ones back. I have no idea if i will actually get my full refund including shipping fee and if i will get the replacement shoes for the same price. It's been a hassle of a purchase and majorly inconvenienced me. I would not recommend this store at all.
