Had good experiences. Until I had a PROBLEM! I have purchased and returned from this site many times in the past without issue - if item didn't fit etc wasn't the sites problem BUT now that I spent a $150 on an item that didn't arrive as described and with missing parts I have tried to reach customer service to NO AVAIL. I was promised an initial response in 24 hours hours but stated they usually respond in less than 4,,, well over 30 + hours for mine and then there their answer was. Send pics of the defective item ---- ok fair... I did SO 2 DAYS AGO still NO response. I am giving them 24 hours before I dispute charge with credit card... what a waste of my time! I shop a lot of sample sites and I have had NO or little issue with their customer service on bad or defective items or returns. First and as far as I'm willing shop LAST bad experience I want with this site!

It's possible that the agent you were working with may have been out of the office for the weekend when you responded. I apologize if that is the case but we do only have an initial response time but updated incidents are typically handled by the same agent who started working with you.

I'd love to help you resolve this issue and see if we can get a replacement sent to you or issue a refund if it is no longer available. Please provide me with your order number and, if you have it, the incident number in which the photos were sent, and I'll make sure to provide a resolution for you. From time to time if the photos were sent in a large file, the agent may not have received it due to the size of the attachment but I'll be glad to look into this and find out what happened.
