I sent a bag full of brand new and almost new clothing to Thredup. Out of my bag they accepted 29 items and paid me $2.26! That's not even 8 CENTS PER ITEM.
Meanwhile, my 29 items sold for an average of $11 each! So you're saying I got LESS THAN 1% commission!
STAY AWAY. Donate to your local charities instead of these crooks!
Tip for consumers:
DON'T SELL TO THEM. If you choose to buy from them, ONLY search for items on clearance. Most of their clothing is listed at retail pricing.
