I should have read some of these reviews before hiring this company. I called them out for a small issue at my rental property, leaking water tank. They came out and quoted me almost $1400 for a new pipe, new valve, and secondary tank (which we do not need). But I agreed since it's a rental and didn't want to inconvenience my tenant any longer. While they were installing the secondary tank, they forgot to shut off the water and about 1 gallon of water spilled onto the main tank. They did not notified me that the work was done and done properly. Tenant called later that week and said that the water is not hot or warm anymore. I called south west and they denied doing any damage and basically told us Monday service and now it's Wednesday or Thursday. Andrew spoke with his technician Jeff Dacus and he said they didn't cause any damage. They are basically brushing our issue and we are their last priority... if it's warranty work, no $$ for them so why would we be priority! Bad customer service and bad communication.
