Had a jawbone Icon, the motherboard completely FELL out. Contacted Jawbone support, informed them of such, sent pictures. They responded by"graciously " sending me an Icon HD. Later found it 2 be "out of warranty" Of course, the replacement was a broken, dilapidated piece of garbage! Respondent"Jawbone support "states, at this time the headset is out of warranty and I could replace with discounted unit if I'm so unhappy. Bull$#*!! They were totally aware of the crap they were sending! Been with them since 2009---never again!
