Boohoo states it did not receive any order details which is right because there site crashed just after transferring the money. I was ordered to contact my bank that cab do nothing as the money was already transferred under bulk id.
Boohoo refuses to contact the financial dept and look into matters.
In short: i paid, you got it but you've got no order details so I want my money back.
This has been over 2 weeks now.
I will advise everybody to spam their ceo and partners in crime to the extent that they will have to do something about the crappiness of their customer service dept
