Even after opting for express delivery( which clearly says on the website 3-5 working days) I and no clue where my order is. I placed the order on 14th dec, it says despatched on 16th dec and the end. Today is 28th Dec and no one is replying to my emails. The tracking details given by them is showing that the product is not moving ahead and is still stuck on 16th dec date. This is so so disappointing and I will never order from this website again. Beautylish is far authentic website.
