The website is full of glitches where you can not easily review or print out the 1099 forms you recently submitted. Then when you try to figure out why you can access the documents you paid for already, you find out the Chat Experts are not available to chat/help you, then you call their costumer service number and due to high call volume they can not answer your call.
So basically be aware, you're on your own if you decide to use Tax1099 services!

Paid over $8k to file 3700 forms which I was not able to successfully download. Their 1042 form...
Hi, Proline - I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to find your filed forms! You should be able to see those on the main dashboard in your account. You can also go to Forms > Manage Forms, or Reports > Submission History report. You can print from Manage Forms.
