I purchased 3 items from them. First, I only receive 2 of the 3 items. I used the size chart and ordered my size accordingly. The sizes are off because the store is in China and the sizes are NOT accurate for USA sizes. The quality of clothing is poor. When I reached out to the company, within the time frame they require, for a refund. I was accused of ordering the wrong size and not measuring myself accurately. When I responded that I used their size chart and order accordingly, then I was offered a 15% refund and to sell the clothing to someone who the clothing fits. I'm appalled and disgusted a store would even suggest that. As a customer, I did not pay 15% of the price, I paid 100%. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT ORDER from this company.
As a follow up. Now Rotita customer service is offering me a 20% refund. What is wrong with Rotita! I did not pay 20% of the price. I paid 100% They are refusing to give a refund. They are robbing the customers. And they are requesting for me to delete this review. Seriously disgusted!
