I get these offers all the time but yet when I sign in the prices go up so I have to check out as a guest to get the deal which means I cannot track. It is a shame that the same deal you offer to new customers cannot be offered to customers that have supported you in the past and would support you more often with fair customer service.
Ordered a product, it was first shipped to the wrong post office in the wrong city, then it showed delivered but was not here, contacted customer service like 4 times, they did refund my shipping and offered me a discount on a future order. My purchase finally arrived but considering it was a gift not in the time frame needed.
