I placed my order on 21st July.The payment was through paypal and it did not go through. It keeps spinning. Ninecolors Nivika sent me a message on whats app and asked to make a bank transfer and sent me the details. I said no i will only pay via paypal. They sent a link and i was able to place my order via paypal. I paid in USD $25.86 for a lehenga and $11,76 for shipping. On 7th Aug i got a DHL notification on my mobile phone to pay $34.6 for customs clearance. I got two different tracking numbers from DHL and two different fees.One is $34.60 and one is $34.92. I emailed Nine colors and asked why should I pay custom duties when I paid shipping already and why was it not mentioned at time of placing the order. How come custom is more expensive than the lehenga itself. I emailed back and said Ninecolours should take care of all custom issues. At their end, I paid shipping and I should receive my order without any issue.On 12th Aug I received an email from Ninecolours help team as follows Your Order has been delivered. Could you please take a moment to rate your experience with us? And I had received nothing yet. A few days after DHL sent a notification order is on it's way fro delivery... till today I have received nothing. I sent multiple emails to Ninecolours asking about my order and asking for a refund since I have not received anything and no answer yet.
