I have ordered a necklace on 26th April 2020, today is 20th June 2020, not yet delivered the goods. Even they have not given any update until I sent a mail to them about the status one month back, after that no updates nothing. I have paid full amount on 26th April itself. Now I am not sure whether I will get my order or not. Atleast they should show the basic responsibility to inform the customer about the status.
