“Worst customer experience”

Below images show how they are cheating and looting customers money in the name of organic

Ordered normal and also organic chillies. What I recieved was both normal. This is not the 1st time. It happens always and not even once an organic item is delivered.
U raise a complaint and the only solution they have is to refund the money and nothing else beyond that
