Availabilty of ticket was not made known until after purchase. Since Ibwas travelling I was not sure I woikd be able to print ticket as it was available on the day before the event. However... i was able to print 3 days ahead but there was still some uncetainty. Tickets could have also had more information on which gate or entry point to use that was closer to seating.
