It was my parents' marriage anniversary and I order a cake and plant. I got a mail in the morning that the order will be delivered at 8:00-15:00. Then automatically the schedule was changed from 7:00-21:00. When I called the customer support they said they can't reach the delivery team. What sort of bull$#*! is this? You spoiled my parents' anniversary and lost a customer!
