I ordered 13 items from www.spencers.in
Here is all the issues I faced and I could not contact customer care or any support for answer.
1) the bill total was hight then the sum of the product MRP
2) Out of 13 things ordered the delivery guy said that two of the items are not available but the invoice did not reflect that.
3) two more items were missing from the items orders but I was charged for them as well.
4) The delivery guy asked for delivery charges but in the order it was mentioned that it's a free delivery.
This is the first time I orders but its a worst experience. The customer care number is always busy and There was no reply for the email as well.
