They out me in their VIP billing and started charging ne $39.99 monthly. When i 1st saw the charge I cibtacted tgem and requested not only to be reimbursed but to also discontinue billing and be removed. I was told no problem. But every month since I have to contact them about billing me. Its a headache. And wrong that for the last 4 months I have to battle with them to stop this. And the set i ordeted in my normal size was way off (too small)

We have successfully refunded the remaining store credit, that should be available in 3 business days back on your card. Also, we have unsubscribed you from the Vip membership. From now on, you will not need to shop or skip the month by the 5th or receive a charge for store credit.
