When you call them, it is full of INDIAN people in its office. They promised me to retrieve my facebook password back, but they need to verify something first. They will ask you to buy 2 $25 Google play cards and reveal the Card IDs to them. After that they will tell you that it is more complicated than normal. Then they will ask you to buy more cards (sets of $100). Thank for Google Play that allows me to claim the unauthorized purchases. I finally got my money back.
