I believe I am a victim of a fraud. I mistakenly ordered (2) pairs of ROTHY'S shoes from an online company www.assembly.com (NOT ROTHY'S website) that took my order for (2) pairs of Rothy's shoes. I paid $139.98 through Pay Pal on May 29,2021 for this order, received (2) pairs of shoes on June 12,2021 that was not what I ordered (totally wrong colors). Once I opened the package, I realized immediately that I received the wrong order. That same day, I contacted the company by email (they have no phone number listed on their site) and asked them to return the shoes for a full refund to my credit card. As they requested, I sent them photos of the shoes in their original packaging, which were in Rothy's boxes, along with a photo of the packaging and label addressed to me from this online company with an address evidently shipped from outside the USA. Instead of a refund, this online company offered me a coupon for the shoes and said to keep the shoes. I responded I did not want a coupon and I did not want to keep the shoes. I wanted a full refund to my credit card. Since then and it has been 3 long weeks where I have attempted to contact them with various emails, the company has gone "silent". I contacted the original Rothy's website and explained what this so-called "online company www.assemblu.com" was doing selling their product in what I believe is a fraudulent way, at least in my experience with this company.

My advice is never, I repeat, never go onto this website and order anything from this online company www.assemblu.com because, based on my experience, evidently they do not abide by better business practices. Moreover, they do not care about customer satisfaction or service. Based on my experience, they are not an online company that stands behind their so-called "RETURN POLICY" that is clearly listed on their website.
