I purchased a Dell Inspiron in December of 2013.Within the first 2 weeks, the mother board and CD drive had to be replaced.
I also have a battery that won't charge and today the display started failing and going black. This is my 3rd Dell and each one I get is worst than the one before. I called Dell one day after my warranty ran out to talk to them and they won't speak to you without money. I tried to get to a manager but they just transferred me around for 45 minutes and I finally gave up.
Today I purchased my second HP laptop, I know the service will be better and I the hardware can't be worst.I also talked one of my friends out of buying the Dell she was going to buy.
