Hello Guys and Gals,

I'm an Internet TV product reviewer and just wanted to provide some information on this service. Many of you may not know this but LiveTvWeb and eDigitalplace are from the same ownership. Unfortunately, eDigitalplace has received all the complaints in recent years. But this shouldn't necessarily deter you from reading further to find out about the complete upgrade they made in 2017.

I have been using this service since 2015 and have gone through some of the ups and downs involving streaming and buffering/playback issues. I even experienced a lockout issue, which was my fault when I was still new to this service. Having gone through the issues, I still was able to watch TV online with this service for the most part.

However, I know some individuals that had problems using this service in the years past and I certainly understand. In fact, some members of this service have experienced recent issues. I believe some of those issues can be resolved and this is why I'm here to help clear up some things.

This is not to say you should buy or not buy into this service. I think you will get something out of the information that I am going to reveal.

Firstly, I know it's hard to ignore all the complaints over the web about this service in years past. But during the first quarter in 2017, this service did a total revamp and completely upgraded the web-based platform. They introduced a sister site, 247TvStream, where you go to watch live premium TV channels online.

The service changed their web servers, which helped resolve streaming issues, among other things. I was delighted to see channels play without experience any buffing and playback issues. I never experienced any lockout or login issue with this upgrade.

The service also redesigned the look of their web-based platform and made it easier on the eye. You get quick, easy access to all channels. There are over 160 live premium TV channels, and counting, in the Channel List, most channels play when clicking the channel link. There are also some backup channel links, in case a particular channel link doesn't play.

If you are searching for a low-cost alternative to cable and satellite without losing many of your favorite TV channels and shows, then this is where the service shines.

Although they cater more to watching live sports online, there are plenty of live channels/networks to watch very entertaining movies, TV shows, news broadcasts, and music videos. You can watch everything with HD and SD picture quality. There is no contract, no high cost, no bundled package.

There are two ways to watch live sports online:

1. Live premium TV channels from popular TV networks
2. Daily sports TV schedule - listing of each sporting event (worldwide) by day with name and time of sporting event including link to watch the event

New features were added: There's a search bar to find a channel by name. There's a channel guide, for each channel, that list times of TV shows. However, I'm not sure if this TV schedule is that accurate.

They also provide a section for seasonal sports and other sports categories. This service has streaming content for everyone, from all walks of life. No one or country will be block from using this service. Therefore, no VPN service is required

Now I want to address some of the issues some people were having when using this service:

Some claim they could not log into the members area (eDigitalplace - 247TvStream). This issue usually stems from trying to log into the members area with two or more devices. There is a 'number of devices' restriction, which only allows one device that can be used to login at one time. In other words, you cannot login with two or more devices at the same time.

If multiple login failures occur on your end, you're subject to get locked out. I am not sure of this now that the upgraded platform is here. Also, you should get in the habit of clearing your browser cache. Do this if you are unable to login or access a web page or play a channel for some reason.

You can go to YouTube to find a video tutorial on how to clear your web browser cache. If you do experience a rare streaming issue, this can be due to any number of reasons, not necessarily the service fault.

I use a fairly new Windows 10 laptop with 150 Mbps Internet connection speed. I invested more into my speed. I would say you should have at least 25 Mbps of Internet connection (download) speed. You want to prevent any buffing and playback issue on your end, especially during peak hours (7 PM to 11 PM). Go to speedtest(DOT)net to test your Internet connection speed. Replace (DOT) with a period when searching for this website online.

I also know that people who are computer or Internet illiterate will experience a user issue. It's suggested that these individuals go to youtube(DOT)com and find a video tutorial when basic help is needed. I tried to help these people but it never seems to work out for them. They don't understand the basics, such as how to read and send emails, copy/paste, clear browser cache, etc.

I don't recommend using very old computers/devices and very old operating systems such as Windows XP. Dial-up and 56K modems are not good enough to watch streaming content. You can use any device with a web browser (computer, tablet, smartphone, smart TV, chromecast, etc.). Or connect your computer to HDTV and get crystal clear picture quality on the big screen.

Also, buffering issue may occur when other applications running in the background on your computer connecting to the Internet. You should shut down any app connecting to the Internet -- only do this if you have a fast Internet connection and still experiencing buffering or playback issues. For instance, shut down Skype but don't shut down your security software. Sometimes shutting down your device and turning it back on again can resolve an issue.

Also, run periodic security scans on your device, if applicable. Do this to get rid of harmful files, viruses and malware. You should have antivirus and malware apps installed on your computer and smartphone. Clean your device to make it run faster.

If you decide to sign up to this service, it's very important that you read the FAQs section. Do this before you watch TV online. This way you are well prepared. Download the free AdBlock plugin for your website. This will help prevent popup ads. Unfortunately, you cannot avoid TV commercials but you can prevent popup ads for the most part. I have not experienced any popups banners/ads so far.

I have no issues with watching the streaming content with this service -- no buffering/playback issues, no login or lockout issue.

This service has greatly improved its streaming technology and interfacing. You want to make sure that you have everything correct on your end. This comes with dealing with the Internet. An issue can be on your end and at times on the service end.

Here's where it's the service fault...

There will be down times, from time to time, whereas the service will update the servers. Some or many channels may not play during this time. It usually takes little time before all channels are up and running again. You can always contact them to ask them are the servers down.

Remember, only live channels are delivered -- no on-demand content. There are more live channels available here than any 3rd-party web-based TV service you find online. Most channels work/play and the subscription fees are much cheaper.

This service isn't for everyone. There's a 7-day money back guarantee for those who want to opt out. Don't wait after 7 days to request a refund. There is no money back guarantee for 3-day trials that automatically rebill to full price.

I heard some people mentioned they were billed twice. The only thing I can think of is they were unsure their payment was accepted and paid again. Or perhaps they hit the back button to pay again -- never do this for any service online. You can be billed twice.

I have other web TV services I reviewed and found that some people do hit the back button on their web browser to pay again -- they do this when thinking the initial payment didn't go through. If you a computer crash or web page doesn't load or something strange happens on your device when making a payment, check your bank to see if the payment was accepted.

If you don't receive any emails immediately after making a purchase, it could you did not provide the correct email address. Or you need to look in your SpamJunk mail folder for the email that will have your order information.

If the email ends up being in your Spam/Junk mail folder, move it to your main email inbox. You will need to whitelist their email address to receive future emails in your inbox. If you don't know how to do this, go to youtube and search for a video tutorial.

This service uses a 3rd-party payment processor where your payment will be sent.

Many customers visit my website at InternetTvdotCom to contact me, thinking I am support. For any issue, if you cannot access 247TvStream, you can always visit the eDigitalplace website to find their support email address. You can also contact them on Skype -- I never contacted them on Skype, just email support.

They generally respond to support emails within 24 hours.

Another issue I have seen with new customers. When signing up to this service make absolutely sure to enter your correct email address. You might want to copy/paste your email address when signing up. Just make certain you have it right. If you have more than one email address, provide the one you generally get your emails from.

Again, when experiencing login or non-access to any web page to watch TV online, try clearing your browser cache. If something weird is happening, log out and clear your browser cache, then login again. You may want to try a different web browser. Try to undergo a process of elimination on your end before contacting support or while waiting to hear from them.

Here's one issue concerning their support people. English is not their primary language, so communicating with them by email can be a little difficult. Perhaps contacting them via Skype is better -- I never tried. If you do email them, try to write like a grade schooler to get your message across. This is why you need to do a little troubleshooting on your end, unfortunately.

Lastly, I don't have issues that some people have been experiencing here. And I've notice some people here gave this service a thumbs up.

I have written a full review on this service with pros and cons, plus video review that takes you inside the members area. You also get to see channels play so that you can see this service does work.

You can find this review and video when using Google. Search for...

Internettvdotcom + edigitalplace

As things stand now with this service, they improved their interfacing, streaming, and design a great deal. I understand no service or product is perfect, certainly not this service but it works for me. If this service doesn't work for you, after contacting support, whereas they cannot resolve the issue, you have a 7-day money back guarantee.

Do not wait after the money back guarantee is over to request a refund.

As for new members, be sure to write down your username and password or save them to your computer. I use LastPass (free plugin) which automatically saves all usernames and passwords. When I visit a website, in this case, 247TvStream, I simply click a link that automatically enters my login details.
