I'm updating my former review. Coverking through CariD has generously stepped and agreed to send a new cover so I am so appreciative of what both companies are going to do. They both do appreciate us as a consumer. Thank you.

I ordered a wind restrictor for my car and it is guaranteed not to scratch, not true it scratched. They acknowledged it is covered under warranty but because I do not have original packaging they refused to do anything. I even offered to buy a box they refused. That was the first issue. Second when attaching to seat post the seats have to be the exact height and spacing. This is not a desired function because each time my wife or I drive we have to adjust the seats and this interferes with height of product. They next say I have to return but must be in original packaging who saves original packaging plus with the Covid-19 pandemic we are told to discard boxes. Therfore if it's under warranty and two years later I have an issue am I supposed to have held on to the original packaging for that long, that's ludicrous. Then there is the issue with customer service, I spoke with Jen Fernandez and she was most unprofessional even yelling and berating me. I am currently waiting for call back from a manger I will update. No matter what the resolution I will NEVER purchase anything from CARID. This is an UPDATE a man named Chester Harrison responded to my concerns and it didn't settle anything they continue to state you must have original box and they requested pictures therefore I had to install but never wired product now they say it can't be installed how are you to judge the fitment if not install. The company and Chester were no help in customer satisfaction. Just note all the poor reviews. They were completely unreasonable not willing to work me at all.

Warranty returns do not require original box, however, as you have reported fitment issues with the product, we would appreciate if you could provide us a few images showing the problem.

I ordered a bakblade 2.0 and it is worthless does not achieve what it claims. I sent emails to the customer service and they said it cannot be returned if opened or used how am I suppose to rate it or give my approval if l don't try it. Walmart is very accommodating. I will never order from this company again. Like $30 would hurt them, to me it's not the money it's the principal, what lousy customer service.
