Ordered the Hallmark socks for my wife as a stocking stuffer for Christmas on Dec 3. Did not hear anything for 2 weeks so I sent an email. Did receive an email with a tracking number but after 4 days still said shipping label created but not yet received. I emailed again and received another automatically generated email with yet another tracking number, this tracking number did not even fit the USPS format as a valid number so I emailed again. This time I got a reply saying with it being an international shipment I needed to be patient. Fortunately I had paid with PayPal so I opened a complaint to get my refund. The day I opened the complaint the socks were mailed from an address in California. I did actually receive the socks and they are ok but there is no doubt in my mind they only sent them after fear of loosing payment from PayPal and seeing I was not going to just let them keep my $16 and say nothing. Wish I would have looked at some reviews first, I never wouldn't have, nor will I ever order from then again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
