Well for me it's working really fine, i have their service since 2 years ago.
They have global payment methods, my members can pay everywhere.
It think they are trustful due to this, there's no risk of fraud.
Well here it says the server locations, are the little flags.
I suggest you talk to them... as you say, you need to talk to the support,, i prefer doing that... their support it's on front desk, not like other companies that just work by tickets.
