I am absolutely stunned and beyond angry that his company has deleted all but 2 months of my primary business email account. Their reasoning that I was over my storage limit, They offered "Fortunately we have developed a first-rate storage solution which is perfect for personal email backups and any other general backup needs you may have: DreamObjects."
In actuality what they did was delete them from my account and upload a zip file to an Amazon Cloud sever. A zip file i cannot access because they have stored them in a format that is unreadable other than by an email server. Their attitude is to stonewall and pretend it doesn't matter. This is arrogant, stupid, destructive to my business and proves that they are utterly unfit for any custodial role for precious business information. I've been a customer for over 5 years and they just don't give a damn.
