Having ordered packs of mini DV's from this company on 29th August 2015 - using PayPal as the interface - I expected efficient service. How wrong you can be! Not only did my purchase never arrive but in addition I have been unable - at different times of day and week - to get in touch by phone or email (no response). My advice is AVOID at all costs.

“A legal scam I guess”

A legal scam I guess. If you peruse the conditions it's made clear that a charge will be made at the end of the free period. It also seems that they get past the 'satisfaction guarantee' obligation i. E. money back if not satisfied by stipulating that this will only apply to customers who DO NOT take the free trial period. Is this legal? Does taking a free trial period nullify your consumer rights? No doubt the USA and UK is going to be different on this but an answer to these questions would be enlightening.
