The procedure outlined in the contract is followed to the letter, so don't expect any change due to Covidrelated contingencies despite kind words about flexibility of the website. I ended up losing the entire deposit which was nearly 50% of the booking fee which on reflection was an error on my part to accept such a high deposit requirement but recognise it gains you no advantage if you need to reschedule the booking as they are not interested in any kind of negotiation. Poor customer service and bland responses mean from my experience I would caution against using this company.
