Kiwi.com is an association of thieves. They will try to rip you off and their "team managers" will call you at 1 am in the night to tell you, that they won´t and can´t do anything to refund services that weren´t rendered. Luckily I am just talking 110 € here but in essence, kiwi claims to have to get back with the airline despite you paying them. I can only concur to what others say, avoid and if you are having issues, charge with with a lawyer and with the police. It is the only way to deal with thieves, crooks and criminals.
