Kiwi.com is an association of thieves. They will try to rip you off and their "team managers" will call you at 1 am in the night to tell you, that they won´t and can´t do anything to refund services that weren´t rendered. Luckily I am just talking 110 € here but in essence, kiwi claims to have to get back with the airline despite you paying them. I can only concur to what others say, avoid and if you are having issues, charge with with a lawyer and with the police. It is the only way to deal with thieves, crooks and criminals.

While a great part of the people are decent and polite, you will find that individuals and one in particular called greggg gets to amuse himself by insulting and humiliating people and the majority even endorses it unchecked as great fun. You tell him that this is not okay and he proceeds to insult further. In confounding way, his infinite amount of ignorance crossed with an unhealthy dose of condescension and arrogance finds acceptance. It speaks volumes how unchristian behavior finds acceptance. The temptation to match his lack of civil behavior seems to amuse him and since nobody bothered to check this, there is little to be gained by staying. Some other members also frivolously advertise uncivilized habits and the clique ridicules you in your absence. Christ is not to be found anywhere in word and deed.
