The doll shoes I ordered were OK. The seller says she does her best to get good quality versions of American Girl doll accessories for less money, and I'm sure she does try. Evidently she has been in business for almost 20 years, so many others must approve. I would not buy from her again, however, because of the plastic quality of the few products I tried and because, when I questioned the safety of doll stands which pinched and could have marked my dolls, she became VERY argumentative, VERY defensive. She scared me away from continuing any communication by accusing me of expecting something for nothing, etc. It was not a pleasant experience and I am not willing to try again..

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this company. Then, even though they advertise honest reviews, my negative review of their product and service has never appeared. How do I broadcast loud and clear to stay away from these people. Finally, I have asked them on four separate occasions to remove my name from their mailing list, and they will not do it.

They advertise full refunds/satisfaction. When I returned part of a shipment, they kept all of the taxes. I don't think this is legal, but they said "company policy" and would not budge. I vowed never to order again, but tried one more time. This time they took my order but later said they no longer had the item. Finally, I asked to have my name removed from their mailing list. I called a total of five separate times. They are still sending catelogues and post cards with women in bras on the covers.
