“Poor communication and poor service”

I purchase their services last month. Since then, they blocked my log in. I'm not able to log in at all. I also don't see any improvement in SEO. I have sent them 3 emails so far, NO Response and they don't have any phone number to reach out. I don't know why hosting companies like A2 hosting are working with this company.
