The worst experience with this company! After our trip to the Maldives was canceled due to covid-19, I was promised that we would receive a refund within 6-8 weeks. Anyway, this experience happened at the beginning of April, since then I have sent a lot of emails, sometimes someone even wrote me off, but the last month the company stopped communicating with me absolutely! Nobody cares that they still owe me £ 1100! I never recommend it to anyone and I believe that one day we will see our money back in the bank account!
