Their filters for water pitchers seem to filter out the most contaminants and make the water taste great. However, in all these years I just recently had a problem with the function of the pitcher and their customer service was below horrible! I tried 3 times just to see if a different representative would care, but nothing.
I have bought their pitcher filters since approx. 2005 and have never bothered them with anything. They were not willing to even listen to me about the brand new filter leaking. I was treated like I didn't know how to properly use a pitcher or follow directions (which I did follow step-by-step).

You have to make sure you are able to log on Tuesdays at 12 noon on their sample days. When you do the website is overloaded and crashes. Every Time! By the time you get through the samples are gone or you find out you did not get any this time. I have always been "in good standing" and filled out my reviews in time and with care. A few years ago they were great - then, I guess, they grew in members, but never caught up with the capability of their website.
