Have made a satisfied sale of MacBook Air in the recent past.
In August 2019, sent them a MacBook Pro, which they accepted.
For 6 weeks they have stated that they will send me my money to PayPal a account.
Nothing. Repeated promises every week that payment will be made in 1 day. Claim that the 'payables department' is taking care of it. (Note, they only have 4 employees!)
Other recent complaints of same behavior online.
Have notified BBB and the Staten Island Police Department of the theft of my computer.
The business is aka 'Best Video Studio LLC' in Staten Island: owner is Svetlana Ustinova *******666
